Our story
Born in the stable, not in an office.
EquiPlan comes from people who live the stable every day — tired of makeshift tools, endless WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets nobody kept up to date.
It started with a real problem: keeping horses, lessons, payments and documents together without losing hours to admin. Existing software was built for other industries — never for those who actually run an equestrian center.
So we began building the tool we wished we had: a simple app for riders and students, and a complete CRM for stables. One platform, always-synced data, no double work.
Today EquiPlan is used by riders and equestrian centers who want to spend more time with their horses and less on management. And we're just getting started.
