Depending on how you use EquiPlan, we may process:

• Account data: name, email, equestrian role, credentials and profile image.
• Horse data: profile, notes, health, feeding, expenses and other information you voluntarily enter.
• Calendar, competitions, checklists and deadlines: events, reminders, documents and related metadata.
• Uploaded documents: horse passports, certificates, receipts and attachments.
• Stable/CRM data: students, lessons, communications and payment requests.
• Technical data: device, operating system, authentication logs and diagnostics.
• Push notifications and, if authorized, location for the stables map.

• create and manage your user account;
• provide the app and sync data across devices;
• organize horses, events, documents and content you enter;
• send reminders and notifications, if enabled;
• manage stable portal, messages and payments;
• ensure security, service continuity and support.

Processing is based on contract performance, consent, legal obligations and legitimate interest, within the limits set by the GDPR.

Data is kept for as long as needed for the stated purposes and while your account remains active. After deletion, data is removed or anonymized within reasonable technical timeframes, unless required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with technical providers strictly necessary to run the service (hosting, database, authentication, notifications, analytics).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port your data and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

• More → Your profile → Edit profile → Delete account
